Usage & Privacy Policy

Welcome to the Full Up platform (referred to as the “Platform” or “we”), a digital platform owned by Full Up Company (Commercial Register No. 7041936688, Riyadh), which enables users to order car services and purchase their products through the Platform, including but not limited to: fuel and petroleum derivatives, oils, tires, batteries, spare parts and their accessories, and any products and services offered through the Platform.

This policy governs your use of the Platform, its applications, and its services, and applies to all users, both individuals and businesses. By using the Platform or completing a purchase through it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by this policy. If you do not agree to any of its terms, you must stop using the Platform.

Wherever they appear in this policy, the following terms shall have the meanings set out beside each of them:

• Platform: The Full Up digital application and website and all related systems and services.
• User: Any person who browses the Platform, registers on it, or purchases through it, whether an individual or a business.
• Products: The materials and goods offered through the Platform that are available for sale and purchase.
• Services: The car services available through the Platform, such as refueling, oil changes, tires, batteries, washing, polishing, and the like.
• Service Provider / Supplier: The party that provides the product or service to the customer through the Platform.

• The user must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have full legal capacity to contract under Sharia and the law, in accordance with the regulations in force within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• The user undertakes to provide correct, accurate, and up-to-date information upon registration, and is solely responsible for its accuracy.
• The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials and for any activity carried out through it.
• The Platform has the right to suspend or delete any account that contains forged or misleading information, or is used in violation of this policy.

• The displayed product specifications are approximate, and the color or size may differ slightly from reality.
• Billing is in Saudi Riyals, and VAT is calculated in accordance with the regulations, unless otherwise stated.
• Displayed prices do not include installation fees unless expressly stated.
• The Platform reserves the right to modify prices or the availability of products without prior notice.
• The user undertakes to verify the correct size and type suitable for their vehicle before completing the purchase, and the Platform bears no responsibility for incompatibility resulting from their choice.

• An order is not considered confirmed until payment is completed, or the cash-on-delivery option is selected where available.
• Available payment methods include: Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and cash on delivery.
• Cash on delivery is available only for specific amounts and areas, as determined by the Platform.
• Electronic payments are processed through licensed payment service providers, and the Platform does not retain full bank card data on its systems.

• Delivery time ranges from one (1) to five (5) business days depending on the city, and the duration is determined at checkout according to the user's region; remote areas may require longer.
• The installation service is available for an additional fee that is clarified to the customer before order confirmation.
• A product ordered specifically for the customer (made to order) does not accept exchange or return due to the customer changing their mind, without prejudice to their statutory rights in the event of a manufacturing defect.

All texts, images, logos, trademarks, designs, and software on the Full Up platform are protected by intellectual property rights, and are owned by or licensed to the Company. Copying, republishing, or exploiting them without prior written permission is prohibited.

When using the Platform, the user undertakes the following:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes, and comply with all regulations and rules in force within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Refrain from uploading or publishing any offensive content or content that violates Saudi regulations.
• Refrain from abusive behaviors such as bullying, threatening, or insulting any person.

Users are strictly prohibited from doing the following:

• Attempting to hack the Platform or manipulate its systems or the displayed prices.
• Using false or forged information during registration or payment.
• Carrying out any illegal or unethical activities, or distributing malware intended to disrupt the services.
• Infringing the intellectual property rights of the Platform or others.

Whoever violates this exposes themselves to legal accountability in accordance with the regulations in force within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and may forfeit their right to the Platform's services.

We collect and process your data to the extent necessary to provide our services, including:

• Identification data: name, ID or commercial register number, mobile number, email, address.
• Vehicle data and the requested products necessary to execute the order.
• Geographic location data when the user enables it optionally, to display nearby stations and centers and determine the delivery or execution location.
• Financial data and transaction and payment data.
• Technical usage data to improve the service and its security.

We process this data for the purposes of: account management, executing orders, delivery and payment, communication and support, improving services, regulatory compliance, and protecting the Platform from fraud; all in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations.

• We do not sell your personal data, and we share it only to the extent necessary with service providers to execute orders, licensed payment service providers, technical service providers, and competent government authorities upon legal request.
• We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, and retain it for the period necessary to achieve the processing purposes or to fulfill regulatory requirements.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to: know how your data is processed, access it and obtain a copy of it, request its correction, request its destruction once its purpose no longer exists, and withdraw your consent for consent-based processing. • The Platform acts as a digital intermediary between the user, suppliers, and service providers.
• The Platform bears no responsibility for damages resulting from incorrect installation, accidents, or failure to maintain the vehicle, and its liability is limited to the value of the product only and in accordance with the warranty provided by the supplier.
• The Platform bears no responsibility for indirect or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by the regulations in force in the Kingdom.

The Full Up platform has the right to amend this policy at any time, and the updated version is published within the Platform with the date of the last revision updated. Your continued use of the Platform after the amendments are published is deemed acceptance of them.

This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in particular the Consumer Protection Law and the Personal Data Protection Law. In the event of any dispute, it shall be sought to be resolved amicably; otherwise, the competent judicial authorities in the city of Riyadh shall have jurisdiction.
