Exchange & Return Policy

This document sets out the exchange and return policy for Full Up platform customers who have purchased products or services available through the Platform, in order to ensure safe and fair use, to preserve users' rights, and in accordance with the regulations in force within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in particular the Consumer Protection Law and its implementing regulations.

This preamble is an integral part of this document, complementing and completing it. The user is deemed to agree to all the obligations, terms, and conditions set out in the exchange and return policy merely by using the Full Up platform or completing a purchase through it.

Wherever they appear in this document, the following terms shall have the meanings set out beside each of them:

• Platform: The Full Up digital application and website and all related systems and services.
• Customer / User: Anyone who uses the Platform or purchases a product or service through it.
• Service Provider: The party that provides the product or service to the customer through the Platform.
• Product: The goods or part that the customer purchases through the Platform (such as tires, batteries, oils, and spare parts).
• Manufacturing Defect: A defect resulting from manufacturing, not from the customer's misuse or an installation error.

• The customer has the right to request a return or exchange within forty-eight (48) hours of the date of receiving the product, provided the original invoice is attached.
• Exchange and return are subject to the purchase invoice and the warranty card provided with the product.

• The product must be in its original condition, with its packaging, all its accessories, and the catalog attached to it.
• If the product is installed on the vehicle, it is deemed used, and the customer has no right to return or exchange it unless it is damaged by a manufacturing defect.
• In the case of removal and installation, the manufacturer's warranty applies only to devices and equipment.

• Products that have been installed on the vehicle.
• Products that have been misused or installed incorrectly.
• Containers of industrial oils and greases after opening; they are not returned, exchanged, or refunded.
• Packaged fuel and petroleum-derivative products, given their consumable nature.

• The customer undertakes to report the manufacturing defect within a maximum of two (2) business days from the date of receiving the product.
• The defective product is received and exchanged for a new one; if exchange is not possible, the amount paid is refunded within a maximum of fourteen (14) business days, provided the approved manufacturer's warranty is valid.

• The customer contacts us via live chat in the app and opens a ticket, or by calling the unified number, or via email, providing the following data: mobile number, a copy of the invoice, and the reason for return.
• If the product was via a delivery order, the order is received, reviewed, and approved, then the customer goes to the nearest branch of the service provider, and after inspecting the product the customer receives the amount via the same payment method within a maximum of fourteen (14) business days.

The customer can exchange the product (in size or model) within three (3) business days, provided the alternative is available in stock, and the customer bears the price difference if any.

The user undertakes to use the services and products of the Full Up platform legally and ethically, in accordance with the following:

• Compliance with all regulations and rules in force within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Not using the services for unauthorized commercial purposes, or distributing copyright-protected content without permission.
• Refraining from abusive behaviors such as bullying, threatening, or insulting any person; in the event of such a violation, the right to exchange or return is forfeited.

Users are strictly prohibited from doing the following:

• Carrying out any illegal or unethical activities through the Platform.
• Carrying out any activities that may harm the system, such as distributing viruses, malware, or any programs intended to disrupt the services.
• Infringing intellectual property rights, such as using or publishing copyright-protected content without permission from the rights owner.

The Full Up platform acts as a digital intermediary connecting the customer with the service provider, and the Platform bears no responsibility for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the services or from the quality of the product provided by the service provider, to the extent permitted by the regulations in force in the Kingdom.

The Full Up platform has the right to amend this policy at any time. In the event of any material amendments to it, users are notified via a notice on the website or app, or via email, or by any other suitable means. Continued use after the amendments are published is deemed acceptance of them.

This policy is deemed compliant with the Consumer Protection Law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the primary warranty is the warranty of the approved agent or manufacturer. This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom, and in the event of any dispute it shall be sought to be resolved amicably; otherwise, the competent judicial authorities in the city of Riyadh shall have jurisdiction.
